Ari Sokolov, 17, left, helped Brett Maddox, 17, a.k.a. Matthew Nickelson IV, prepare for his prank at St. Petersburg High School’s graduation. Ari and Brett graduated the evening before from Seminole High School. Brett joined the St. Petersburg High graduation, walked across the stage, shook hands with the principal, and received the diploma cover (sans diploma) given to all of the graduates.
